14 Commandments of Sin Moo Hapkido
- Too much watching Television or Sitting at the computer Dries out the blood.
- Too much sleep diminishes your Ki (Adrenaline Hormone).
- Sitting for a lengthy period of time creates muscle damage.
- Walking for a lengthy period of time creates tendon damage.
- Standing for a lengthy period of time creates bone damage.
- Don't talk too much.
- Don't sleep too much.
- Don't eat too much.
- Don't worry too much.
- Create a good appearance/good image
- Correct talking
