KI Power Training

  1. Ready stance, hands down, palm forward, bend knees, breath in, curl right both arms and drop left arm slowly, tense all muscles turn to right twist wrist to forearm block and breath out last moment.
  2. Same as above to left side, left arm.

Power breaking

  • Left leg front – both hand front palm facing each other – left arm slowly open – to left side – curl arm + tense muscles – send energy to right palm up arm and knife hand – then relax left arm and slowly down – Right hand slowly up straight, bend body backwards and straight down.
  • Same as above – chop to body sword motion sidewards
