Congratulations everyone, another excellent and amazing month of training, teamwork, progress, growth and achievements have been accomplished.
I would like to inform you that we are still looking for technical, focus and courteous members in all children and adults classes who are interested to become assistants and eventually instructors, so if you or your children are interested please let me know. ✨️
At the beginning of this new training month, I would like to welcome all our new members who recently joined The club and also our former members who have returned back to training recently.🙏✨️
If you're old when you're young, you'll be young when you're old.
Remember, each class attended, and each event participated is an accomplishment.🎊✨️

One of our club objectives is to help all our members, children and adults to focus on positive character building and to empower all our members to avoid and prevent bad habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, drugs, gambling and anything which can damage your own self image and your own self worth while also getting fitter, faster, stronger, healthier, more skillful and happier through physical training and meditation. 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️
Keep yourself and your children active and stay actively involved with healthy and positive habits, challenges and places.
I regularly meet former students who are truly regretfull for quitting classes and I have never met anyone who would say that they're happy for stop training and stop progressing in their Martial Arts."
We would like to kindly ask all our members to support Masters Temple by follow us on our social media below and subscribe to our YouTube channel, for the latest updates and upcoming events, we also planning to upload all our curriculum techniques, exercises, meditation techniques etc, per belt requirements for home reference and home practice also.
To excel at your chosen style, you must train at least 15 minutes at home, at least 5 days a week. 🧘

With all the exciting summer grading and graduations coming up in June, let's aim to attend classes more regularly and enhance our abilities in every aspect of our martial arts, chosen sports and our self-defense science.
Physically we aim to improve: suppleness, skill, speed, strength, and stamina with consistent training and also in higher level, mastering the ancient ways of remaining calm and improving our wisdom through breathing techniques, meditations, mindfulness training, positive outlook, PMA and, The club 48 positive/success character building words and 8 self development pillars.
Think big and aim high.
"Achieving anything is hard but maintaining it is even harder (like becoming a champion is hard and to staying a champion is even harder, also like becoming a black belt and to continue to train like a black belt) which is more challenging. Only continued challenges can make us continually stronger and wiser", and at Masters Temple we love challenges anyway.
*The 5 secrets to mastering martial arts or any other skills are:
- Practice,
- Practice,
- Practice,
- Persistence,
- Perseverance.
Remember training is essential when you're happy, when you're sad, when you're board, when you are energetic and even when you are feeling tired. You're guaranteed that you feel always better after your training sessions.
Remember the 3 phases of all sports, and new activities are:
- Excitement phase.
- Perseverance phase and
- Rewards phase.
You have to overcome the perseverance (repetition/boredom) phase to reach the award phase.🧘♂️☯️🧘♀️
We are dedicated to encourage and motivate our members to become healthier, happier, fitter, faster, stronger, wiser, and more skilful and become a better version of themselves through consistent training and also by positive, successful character building and self development.
Attendance & Motivation;
Remember, motivation comes after action and not the other way around.💪
Attitude of Gratitude is the key to happiness, progress and success, start your day with a positive self affirmation and always go to bed with a positive self affirmation and gratitude. Something like saying: "Everyday in every way I'm getting better and better in the mornings, and saying thank you for my health and for all the good things happened today, for night times". 🙌
And also lets always be grateful for our health and opportunities to be able to train, the gift of life itself, and of course our mobility, agility and flexibility, and to take full advantage of them by being more active in a positive, healthy, happy and constructive ways.
Remember..."Life is a challenge, take it," and remember, "for each positive effort, there are multiple rewards." 🙏🏅
BELT TESTING; Gradings & Graduations;
TO qualify for belt testing, a minimum of 80% class attendance is required each and every month, from one rank promotion to the next. Practicing your techniques for 15 minutes per day at home is highly advised, I personally teach and train 4/5 hours a day, five days per week. Now you know my secret. 🥷🥋🙂🐉
Regular training helps you to master your techniques beyond your imagination. Make every class your best class and give every training session your 100%. As you step on the mats take a deep breath and say thank you for your health and abilities to be able to attend your classes and enjoying you martial arts training. Albert Einstein practiced gratitude by doing a 100 steps walk and saying thank you with each step as a self discipline and for daily gratitude practice.🏃♀️🥋🏃
Attending classes more regularly, means higher skill levels and better performance in gradings and competitions.
CLUB Ethics;
To maintain a healthy and a positive environment for all, we remind everyone to strictly follow guidelines below: 🙅🙅♀️
- TO WEAR official uniforms (Full uniform or club pants/club official t shirts/hoodies and your current belts in all classes are compulsory. Club new t shirts and hoodies are now also available for purchase.
- BRING a bottle of water to all your classes to stay hydrated.
- THERE are no shoes allowed on the mats for health and hygiene, also please use shoe racks for storage and please wear your shoes every time you use the bathrooms and changing room areas.
- KEEP toenails short and wash hands before and after using shared equipments/boxing gloves.
- PARENTS, kindly please do not interfere with classes in progress.
- Please maintain silence while in the main studio (matted area) while classes are on, when you're waiting for your class to begin, or waiting for your children, also please, younger siblings are required to play quietly in the background so the class can focus and learn better, thank you.
- Early arrived students can wait in the hall way outside otherwise only warm up and stretching quietly is aloud on the mats in the background, NO BAG work and no loud talking, or noisy toys/activities while earlier classes are in process, thank you.
- NO club official uniform or no belt, no training from this month, except for new members waiting for their new uniforms to arrive. Students arrive without club official uniforms, or belts will only be allowed to sit and watch their class.
- NO changing clothes in the club hall whatsoever. Please use changing rooms.
- NO cursing or bad words in club. Martial Arts is all about respect and courtesy.

TUITION Fees:
To maintain free from annual membership fees and annual insurance fees, please make your tuition fees payments to club before or on the 1st of each month. If paying online, please include the STUDENT'S NAME and your fees purpose in your transactions on payees message box, monthly fees, which month, belt testing, uniform (for Bruce Lee, etc 🙂). Thank you so much. ⛩️
ABSENCES:
Please notify us at least two weeks in advance if you need to be absent for a month to freeze your membership fees and to keep your place in class. Otherwise, each month, the tuition fees have to be paid before the beginning of each month in full to maintain your membership and the lower tuition fees.

🇪🇬 5th Inwan Kim Sin Moo Hapkido Peace Seminar and Competition, Cairo, Egypt
To qualify for your first belt testings and your higher rank promotion, you must be in training at least for 2 months for children and for 3 months for adults classes, to be in regular training since you started training and since your previous grading, you need full uniform and your current belt, need to fully fill in an intend to promote form, this forms have to be signed by your parents and your school teacher as well as your instructor in Masters Temple for Children and Teen students, as we expect our children/teens students to be aware and alert, focus, courteous and respectful at home and in school as well as in club, Masters Temple.
Forms will be available for collection from next week from front desk. The above forms and grading fees must be returned for pre registration one week prior to belt testing, so we can organise your new belt and certificates in advanced, thank you. No late entry for belt testings will be accepted.
Members not due to grade at this time, can also participate for experience and for preparation for next belt testing and will receive a dedication and participation certificate with no charge for this preparation challenge.

The week after belt testing normally is The Buddy Week, all members Children and Adults are invited to bring a friend or a family member to training as a VIP guest free of charge.
VIP guests have to be in their own age group for safety, and appropriate to class age group. This is a part of martial arts leadership training by inviting a friends and family member to positive and healthy activities with fun and positive challenges.
Congratulations on every class which have been accomplished in previous months, continued success to you all and thank you for your continued support for the club and your co operation with club assistants and instructors. 🙏🏅
